Rally all day, soak all night — in the pines of Hochatown, Oklahoma
3 bedrooms · Sleeps 8 · Private pickleball court · Hot tub & fire pit
A private, lighted pickleball and basketball court with a pro-grade net, steps from the deck. First match starts whenever you do.
Post-game recovery, Hochatown style: a bubbling hot tub on the deck under the string lights, then s’mores around the fire pit in the pines.
Right in the heart of Hochatown — minutes to Broken Bow Lake for the boat days and Beavers Bend State Park for the trail days.
The Cabin
This isn’t a rustic rental with good intentions. Pickle Me Timber is a new-build luxury cabin — vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows, and a great room made for the whole crew to land in at once.
The living room wraps a big sectional around the fireplace and the 60-inch TV. The kitchen is a real cook’s kitchen — black cabinetry, gas range, a long island for pancake mornings — and the spa bathrooms pair walk-in showers with a freestanding soaking tub built for after the championship match.
Sleep
Three bedrooms, sleeping eight — two proper king suites for the grown-ups and a triple bunk room the kids will fight over fairly.
Every bed is made up before you arrive with fresh linens — and with two king suites plus the bunk room, nobody’s negotiating for the good room.
The Court
Plenty of cabins have a hot tub. Almost none have this: a full private pickleball court — lighted for night matches, with a basketball hoop right on the court — steps from the deck.
Your host Coach Jeff is a lifelong tennis teaching pro turned pickleball coach — so the court here isn’t an afterthought: it’s lighted, pro-netted, and ready when you are. The court is his pride and joy, and it shows in every detail. New to the game? Coach Jeff put the basics in writing — how to keep score and the rules that matter, in plain English — so you’ll be keeping score like a local by the second game.

Deck, Hot Tub & Fire Pit
The deck is where this cabin spends its best hours — dining under the cover, loungers in the sun, a gas grill ready for burgers, and the hot tub steaming at the center of it all.
When the matches end, the night shifts down to the fire pit: a ring of Adirondack chairs in the pines, firewood provided, stars doing the rest. String lights overhead, nowhere to be tomorrow.

Yes — the court is lighted, so the tournament can run into the evening. Sunset matches followed by the hot tub are something of a tradition here.
